Presbyterian Church

This church was built in1854 by the Congregationalists. Shortly
after being built it was rented and then purchased by the Presbyterians.
The first Presbyterian minister was the Reverend Willaim Doak. The present church,
built on the west side of Colborne Street (238 using today’s numbering
system) appears little changed from the church shown on this postcard.
Only the top part of the tower has changed.
The postcard does not bear a date or postmark.
